Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Free of Odors or Fragrances: Items must not carry body odor, fragrance, lint, or hair.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories.
  • Final sale items.
  • Customized or personalized products.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, include the following in your return package:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Your email address.
  3. A note specifying whether the item is for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us at [your email address or phone number] within 7 days of receipt with:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the damage or defect.

We will resolve the issue promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending back an item, contact us at [your email address] with your:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for the return or exchange.
  • Photos if applicable.

We will confirm eligibility and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. However, items that do not meet the return criteria (e.g., worn, washed, or damaged) may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

International Returns

Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
